Our website operates as a digital portfolio and a means of communication. We fully respect your personal data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Through our contact form, we exclusively collect the following information:

- Event Date and Location
- Type of Makeup Service
- Personal Message
This data is not stored in marketing databases nor is it disclosed to third parties. It is forwarded directly to Mairyland’s email for the sole purpose of evaluating your request, checking availability, and communicating with you personally.
2. Booking Process & Deposit Policy
Important Clarification: Filling out and submitting the contact form does not constitute a booking or a finalized appointment. Your event date (particularly for bridal makeup) is considered reserved and secured only upon explicit confirmation from Mairyland and the receipt of the agreed deposit.
Due to the nature of these services and the limited number of available dates per season, this deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the event or service by the client, as it serves as compensation for securing the date and turning away other potential bookings.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, logos, graphics, and especially the photographic material (makeup photos, client portraits, etc.), is the intellectual property of Mairyland, unless stated otherwise. Any storage, reproduction, republication, or use of these photographs for commercial or advertising purposes by any third party is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the owner.
4. Limitation of Liability
The content and information provided on this website are for informational purposes only. Mairyland makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided; however, no liability is assumed for any technical errors or for the use of this information by visitors. For any medical conditions or known allergies to cosmetic products, the client must inform the makeup artist in writing well in advance of the application.
